Endowments

In 2017 the Auxiliary Foundation Board approved a contribution of $100,000 to establish an Endowment Fund. Since that time, the fund has increased to its current value of over $372,000 and will continue to grow with planned gifts from supporters of the Hospital and the Auxiliary Foundation that will allow the Endowment to flourish. Those gifts can take the form of bequests, charitable gift annuities, appreciated securities, insurance policies, and appreciated real estate. Endowment donors are generally interested in leaving a legacy and providing for the long-term future of the organization they support. Donations to the fund are invested by professional money managers and only the income from those investments can be used.
